We are open from 8 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. every day, although some services have more restricted hours. Call us at (937) 237-5777 to make an appointment or for more information. No appointment is needed for our urgent care. Those with life-threatening illnesses and injuries should go directly to a hospital.
