As a medical teaching facility, we at the Victor J. Cassano, Health Center have the luxury of offering several specialty clinics to meet your family’s medical needs. They include:

Kettering Medical Center Network’s billing and financial aid programs ensure that all patients get appropriate care, regardless of their financial situation. We want to make sure you are treated equally, with respect, care and compassion. If you have no insurance or limited insurance coverage, a financial counselor will review your case to determine which special payment program is fair, reasonable and easy for you to manage.

Social Services can provide you with a wide range of services. The social worker at the Victor J. Cassano, Sr. Health Center acts as a patient advocate. The social worker can help you get the information and services needed to take care of your health. Social Service includes:

• Community resources for patients and families
• Medication and counseling services
• Linkage with Pharmaceutical Assistance program
• Assist patients in completing financial forms
• Report all cases of child abuse and neglect to Children’s Services Board and follow-up on cases

We have hired a full-time Spanish interpreter in order to better serve our growing Hispanic population. To access those services, simply call (937) 558-0155. Our staff can also make arrangements for interpretive services for virtually any other language as well.
