Accelerated Throwing Program

The accelerated throwing program (ATP) was originally developed for throwing athletes who were recovering from injury or surgery in the upper extremity. Today, this program serves all throwing (and overhead) athletes who need to improve throwing mechanics and performance. The program's primary goal is to develop healthy, consistent throwers - helping you achieve the goals you have set while protecting your arm from serious injury.
