Send a free e-mail greeting card to a special friend or family member at Kettering, Sycamore, Grandview or Southview Medical Center. Select an e-card, complete the delivery information and write your message. It's that simple! We'll take it from there and deliver it to the patient's room.

Step 2. Read Delivery Information.

Delivery Information:

  • You must know the patient's first and last name for the message to be delivered. If your friend or family member has a nickname or a hyphenated last name, please include that as well.

  • Email greetings cannot be delivered to patients who have been discharged. We cannot deliver external communications to patients that have chosen to remain confidential and "opt-out" of our hospital directory. We'll make every attempt to notify you by email if the greeting cannot be delivered.

  • In accordance with HIPAA guidelines please do not include any personal patient data when composing your greetings. Personal patient data would include any information describing the patient's reason for visiting the hospital. If you have any question regarding HIPAA please call (937) 395-3963 or (937) 395-3964.

  • Remember do not write anything inappropriate in your message as cards are hand-delivered.

  • Greetings received by 12:00 p.m. Monday-Friday will be delivered to the patient's room that same day.

  • Any greeting received after 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be delivered within one business day.
