The Physician Hospital Alliance (PHA) is a membership organization which consists of approximately 900 physician members and the hospitals of Kettering Health Network.

PHA is a non-profit corporation funded through annual dues from the physicians and hospitals.

 

 

Mission:

The Physician Hospital Alliance is dedicated to assisting its physician and hospital members provide quality, cost effective health care to the community.  This is being accomplished through coordinated managed care contracting, the continued growth of group purchasing opportunities, a referral service, an on-line employee recruitment service and a fringe benefits program.

 

 

Goals:

· Negotiate and implement managed care contracts which meet PHA

     contracting criteria

· Expand cost saving services

· Provide educational opportunities to PHA members and their staffs related

     to the local delivery of health care and group purchasing options
